“Burger Night” is a weekly occurrence in my house. And this burgers sauce is always present because it is easy to whip up and make every burger * that * much better.

  1. Ketchup. I am a classic girl and love Heinz. I go with organic Heinz to keep it classic.
  2. Mayonnaise. Again, I go classic with Hellmanns.
  3. Pickles. I like bread and butter pickles because of the added sweetness and crunch is perfection.
  4. Pickle juice. A teaspoon of pickle juice adds great acidity to the burgers sauce. You can also use white vinegar.
  5. Dijon mustard. This adds a nice dimension to the burgers sauce.
